About
This blog began as a travel journal — a way to remember the places I’d been, the people I’d met, and the small moments that made each trip unique. Over time, I realized what I loved most wasn’t just the destination. It was the act of noticing, documenting, and creating along the way.
Now, this space explores the intersection of travel, photography, and creativity. Some days that’s a deep dive into a city I’ve just explored; other days, it’s a watercolor sketch from my notebook, a photo essay from a walk in my neighborhood, or a glimpse into how a project takes shape.
I use a digital camera for practicality (traveling with film is tricky), but my notebooks, pencils, and paints are never far away. I prefer slow, tactile ways of working — the kind that invite reflection and make you linger a little longer.
Expect to find:
- Journeys — from faraway adventures to everyday explorations.
- Photography — projects, experiments, and the stories behind the images.
- Analog — sketches, journals, and all the messy beauty of working by hand.
- Ideas in Motion — the research, history, cultural threads, and creative process that bring projects to life.
Whether you’re here for the stories, the images, or the ideas, I hope you leave inspired to notice more, slow down, and create something of your own.
